I am not saying this to be condescending, but a lot of schools in the North look like this or worst! A lot of schools in Nigeria look worse than these, I remember a documentary long ago about students/pupils receiving education from uncompleted buildings, space rooms in private homes and what not. Schools you see in these conditions in the North are mostly private schools, it's always being like that for as long as I remember.
